I am overwhelmed. Joy fills me as I come face to face with people who have bought the book and are already cooking and eating with conciousness. The weekend was fabulous at the Natural & Organic products exhibition and it was an absolute pleasure to meet people there. No rest just yet as we are making sure that the book will be readily available to all. I am also dedicated to setting up the cafe in gardens and we plan to be up and running in January.

it was brought to my attention that the spelt burger recipe on pg 122 needs aslight adjustment. the recipe calls for spelt flour to bind the ingredients together. whole spelt can be simmered and used in pilafs.
